Steps

  1. 1Run the installation commands in your terminal: claude plugin marketplace add Marius-Adam/claude-files-pane and claude plugin install files-pane@marius-adam
  2. 2Restart Claude Code, and the panel will automatically open next to the chat window
  3. 3Use the panel to view files read (purple) or edited (orange) by Claude, along with added and removed line counts
  4. 4Use the menu next to files to @-mention, view diffs, or open files in your editor
